In this module, you will challenge old assumptions and rethink how problems are solved. Paul is a seasoned academic and innovation leader with more than 15 years of experience in shaping how organisations think and work. As Director of iCubo, the Innovation and Interdisciplinarity Institute at Universidad del Desarrollo, he led a team in designing and delivering cutting-edge education and consultancy in innovation methodologies and best practices.
Throughout his career, Paul has built a proven track record of creating successful programmes, projects, and partnerships that inspire new ways of thinking and foster a lasting culture of innovation.
He has worked at the forefront of innovation, operating within a startup landscape. Most notably, Paul held a directorship role at UDD Ventures where he established an international mentoring network and supported more than 50 startups to access over $10 Million in total funding.
